SERVER RULES
Banned or Muted? •We do not entertain arguing about bans or temporary bans in any public forum. •If you believe your ban was unjust, Familiarize yourself with our Rules before filing your appeal. •Temporary bans cannot be appealed. The ban will be lifted automatically once it expires.
- Valve Anti-Cheat (VAC) Bans & Game Bans
•No VAC or Game bans that are less than 180 days old. RUSTMOD does not give any exceptions to this rule. •Using an alternate account to evade a VAC/game ban is not allowed. •Groups caught harboring cheaters or ban evaders may be banned in whole. This is handled on a case by case basis. •Players with a history of cheating may be banned at our sole discretion, regardless of the age of their ban.
- Cheating, Exploiting
•Cheating/scripting is not allowed. •Auto trade scripts are not allowed. •Purposely abusing bugs and using exploits may result in a ban depending on the severity of the exploit. •Baiting reports/egging people on that you are cheating may result in a mute or ban at our discretion.
- Calladmin Tool •when using call admin tool on the server you will need to be still active in order to receive support.
- Reports & Hackusations
•Do not cry hacks in any public forum. This greatly reduces our chances of catching the accused. •Do not spam any channel with "admin!" in Discord. You will be muted or banned. •All reports should be sent through F7 in game. This will alert all of the online admins allowing us to look into it. or by submitting a ticket . at rustmod.cc
*CHEATING OR SCRIPTING
Play fair.
Cheating is generally defined as the use of unauthorized or unfair methods to gain an advantage over other players. This can include things like using hack programs or cheats to gain an advantage in combat or resource gathering, using exploits or glitches to gain access to areas or resources that are not intended to be accessible.
Do not use any third-party paid or free programs which provide an unfair advantage in-game.
This includes scripts which can perform any action that is otherwise not possible to be performed ingame.

v. Cheating: create, use, make available and/or distribute cheats, exploits, automation software, robots, bots, hacks, spiders, spyware, scripts, trainers, extraction tools, mining or other software that interact with or affect the Facepunch Services in any way. Mods are OK as long as they follow these rules, the Fan Content Guidelines (www.facepunch.com/legal/ugc/) and the Modding Guidelines (www.facepunch.com/legal/modding).
*CODE OF CONDUCT
RUSTMOD follows all established FacePunch and Steam ToS in regards to communication performed in game via voice, text, notes, etc.
We have a zero tolerance approach.
If you are found to be breaking this you may be muted or banned from our servers.
Any release of personal real life information (doxxing) will result in the immediate permanent removal from our servers.
Any information not provided in the game world is considered to be doxxed information should it be released into the game.
Do not share your personal information about yourself or other individuals (this includes name, phone numbers, IPs, email address, physical address, social media accounts, etc.).
"Fake" details are not to be posted. Do not post information as a joke. It will be treated as real.
Any threats surrounding denial of service attacks (DoS/DDoS) towards the servers or any players will be treated as authentic threats and moderated.
DoS/DDoS is a real life crime and is not taken as a joke. If evidence is found that a specific player has caused a disruption to our business, we will partner with federal US law enforcement and our hosting providers to report occurrences and seek criminal prosecution.
Staff are here to help. If you choose to intentionally go out of your way to be abusive to them, do not be surprised when you are moderated for it.
Impersonation of staff in an attempt to mislead players or shed a negative light on RUSTMOD may result in Perm Ban
